Recessed ceiling lights can sometimes seem very bright to those with light sensitivity, so I designed these small partial shades to alleviate eye strain.

For use in any room of the home or office!

These small shades require no screws or fasteners, they simply slide behind your recessed light housing, and are held in place by the light fixtures spring pressure against the ceiling.
